Will this email land in spam?
Paste the subject and body. We find the words, links and leftovers that make filters and readers distrust it, and tell you what to change.
What we check
Leftover template syntax
Unfilled {{first_name}} tags and spintax like {Hi|Hello} that reached the body.
Trigger phrases
Money claims, false urgency, too-good promises and phishing words, matched as whole words.
Subject line
Fake Re: or Fwd:, capital letters, exclamation marks, emoji and length.
Links
URL shorteners, links to IP addresses, link text that hides the real domain, and too many links.
Linked domains
Each linked domain is checked on SURBL and URIBL, where they answer.
HTML
Hidden text, tracking pixels, and mail that is mostly images.

Content is half of it
Clean words still land in spam when SPF, DKIM or DMARC is broken, or a sending IP is on a blocklist. Check the domain you send from.
