Email domain monitoring

Add every domain you send from. EmailHealth checks SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, blocklists and DNS every day, and sends one alert with the exact fix when a domain breaks.

Add your first domain

Most delivery problems start when a DNS record changes, a key is removed or a domain lands on a blocklist. EmailHealth checks your sending domains every day and sends one alert, by email, Slack or webhook, with the exact fix.

1 domain free. Sending from many domains (cold email, agencies, MSPs)? Early access covers 10.

Email setups rarely break on the day they are built. They break later: a DNS provider change drops a TXT record, a teammate adds a second SPF record, a DKIM key is removed, a domain lands on a blocklist, or a domain expires. Nobody notices until replies stop or bounces arrive.

EmailHealth monitoring runs the full check on every domain you add, every day, compares it with the day before, and sends one alert when something changes. Each alert names the domain, what changed, and the exact record that fixes it.

What is checked every day

  • MX records and the mailbox provider behind them, including moves between providers.
  • SPF: a valid single record, under 10 DNS lookups, and any change to its text.
  • DKIM keys at the selectors in use, including removed keys and key size.
  • DMARC policy, pct and report address, and any change to them.
  • Domain blocklists and the sending IPs found in DNS.
  • TLS certificate expiry, MTA-STS and TLS-RPT.
  • Name server changes and domain expiry (alerts at 30 and 7 days).
  • The website or redirect of the domain, so a forwarded secondary domain still lands on your site.

How alerts work

  • One email per change, not one per check. Domains that stay healthy stay quiet.
  • Slack: connect an incoming webhook and alerts go to a channel.
  • Webhooks: a signed JSON event for each change, for your own tools.
  • A weekly digest for the whole list: which domains are healthy, which need work, and what changed.

Who it is for

Teams that send from many domains: cold email agencies and sales teams with secondary domains, MSPs and IT consultants who look after client domains, and companies with several brands. One person can watch hundreds of domains without opening a report until something needs work.

Frequently asked questions

How many domains can I monitor?

One domain is free. Early access covers 10 domains at no cost while pricing is set. Tell us if you need more.

How often are domains checked?

Every day. You get an alert only when something changes, plus a weekly digest for all domains.

Do you need access to my DNS or mailboxes?

No. Monitoring reads public DNS records, blocklists and the domain's website. It sends no email from your domains.

Can alerts go to Slack?

Yes. Connect a Slack incoming webhook in Settings. Signed webhooks to your own endpoint are also available.

What happens when a domain expires or moves DNS host?

Expiry alerts arrive 30 and 7 days before the date. A change of name servers or of any monitored record triggers an alert on the next daily check.
